You mean like when GGG intentionally set their 0.2 release date at nearly the same day as LE season 2 release (apr 2025)? LE had to postpone their release, while GGG screwed up because at that moment some of poe2's equipped MTX had crashed all clients in the same instance (town) as MTX owner, leading to flopped release day and to annoyed players talking about playing LE instead.

Its just how business works, and I'm sure GGG considers ALL major releases around their own timetable.
