What is your purpose after reaching level 100?
|
Depends on what you’re actually chasing.
If hitting 100 is the finish line for you, then there’s not much left once you get there. Some players keep going, refining their gear piece by piece until everything feels dialed in. Others enjoy min maxing within reason, improving efficiency and power without turning the game into a second job. And then there’s the other extreme, players who dive into full spreadsheet driven optimization, min maxing currency gains, mapping strategies, and every detail of their gear purely for the sake of perfect spreadsheet efficiency. You could start a new build and experiment with your own ideas, mess around with less popular builds, or take some overlooked abilities and push them far beyond what people expect instead of just following whatever the latest popular streamer junk builds are. Some players will finish their character, push for 40/40 challenges, and call it a day. Others might roll another character to 100 with a completely different approach, maybe on a tighter budget or with a more unconventional concept. There are plenty of directions you could take. But if you already feel satisfied and your goals are done, there’s no reason to force more playtime out of a league. There’s no shame in stepping away, taking a break until the next patch, and playing something else if it feels like there’s nothing left you want to do. " real case, you can already hit 100 by day 2-3 with some random shoelace ground loot before you touch challenges or character maxing. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun. Last edited by Pashid#4643 on Apr 25, 2026, 4:35:55 AM

" Less probable. |

Players across SC, HC, and SSF are hitting 99–100 in ~3 days of playtime, with more and more players reaching it after day 4. There’s nothing special behind it, just full focus push on exp all while you ignoring everything else. If your goal is to hit 100 ASAP, the key is simple, don’t waste your time on anything that doesn’t help you get there fast, or slows you down. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun. Getting level 100 is not 3 or 4 days work, unless you know what you are doing. Those who do it , know what they are doing. To get level 100 first rule is NOT DYING. So if a build does not have more that "strong" defences and/or avoid risky situations, it will never happen, no matter how laser focused you are into leveling.
You need incredible defences, avoid risky situations, and focus on it. I like standard.

" So it’s not possible… but still possible? " If you look at all the people who hit 100 across all modes, all of them do not have what you would call strong or incredible defenses, they are rocking 100 with shoelace gear sponsored by ground loot trash, which is all you need for level 100, thanks to how much exp the game throws at you nowadays, along with the infinite self sustain of maps. If your goal is to hit 100 as fast as possible on league start, you obviously don’t have time to gear up a strong character or waste exp in rippy content your shoelace gear can’t handle, or in situations where you get too cocky about what you can survive. It’s just all about getting to endgame quickly and chain blast map after map at a fast pace, not run spend 15 minutes per map with a couple deaths along the way, since that’s basically the opposite of getting to 100 fast. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

Try playing HC or HCSSF

" How many players did that? What % of active players reached 100lvl? |
|
" Check the ladders or poe.ninja. In SC trade it's ~34k characters on poe.ninja, so in total probably closer to 50k or even more. In SC SSF, as of right now, it's 3230. |
