The 0.5 season was delayed from April to May and now it's delayed again to May 29.

I'd rather they stop doing league content and just finish the game. We are missing two acts, several classes and ascendencies, the third trial, SWORDS even like cmon

My initial thought is with the others in this thread that say "yes, let them cook"!

Then I started thinking that we don't have enough info to know what they're cooking. Also, when they say "biggest one's we've ever released" does that include all of POE1 (from 2013 onwards) or biggest expansion of POE2?

This is why the communication is a little frustrating because it's vague with the only concrete piece being the "reality" = delay.

The "hope" could have been "One of the largest expansions we've ever released ... right up there with "The Fall of Oriath" or "Atlas of Worlds".

Okay, now you got my attention. If it's truly one of the largest expansions ever then it's comparable to those expansions which were game changing.

However, if it's relegated to expansions in POE2 then that's a different story.

0.5 will also last for six months，Everything is part of GGG's plan, except the player！

GGG should fulfil commitments. If they say Dates over content, and 4 month cycles, that should be what's expected unless they say otherwise. Giving a live service game dev carte balanche to do as they please and you will always be there regardless is quite frankly just remedial.

But...why? Releasing the league earlier won't take anything away from the "time" they have to cook.

Better delay it, than release another turd that will last me a couple of days like d4.
Hopefully that extra time spent will equate to something worthy of GGG, otherwise this game is in trouble.

The extra time isn't becouse they cook something good and unique. It's becouse something gone wrong with time plan. So you'll get the same patch as always.

But who cares anyway. As long as there's ton of games out there. I started WINDROSE i feel good!
