This. 1 million percent this.

It just reflects the real world where 1% get it all - through skill (yes, deserved), knowledge, exploits, or just dumb luck - and 99% get trod upon.

There needs to be avenues to these that the casuals can reach and leave the Ubers to the masochists who want to test their skill, not just hoard the things they can farm easy to ensure they have the most currency.

Can't do hard content, expects hard prizes, next.

1. yes things are gated behind ubers if people can't farm them themselves. even if they can farm 10 mirrors a day in maps. they are dependent on other people to do the ubers. in WOW everyone can do the dungeons and have a chance to get the items, but can buy the items on AH if they don't get the drop. that's not the case when as you say yourself, 3% are doing the ubers. which isn't true when they clame only .01% get to level 95.

2. I never said I was comparing myself to anyone. I'm just pointing out facts that content is done by people and not by others, most of the time including me, and the fact it's not getting done by us is the depressing part and that's what makes me stop playing. don't tell me to take breaks when you can see my last character over 90 was from 3.26 phrecia league and last league i quit at 90.

before ubers, i used to level like 10 characters to 95 plus. That's my past self i compare myself to and quit.

Play trade or git gud big dawg.

the only problem with ubers is that they need 5 fragments to drop 2 wisdom scrolls and a portal scroll.

Or you could be like me and just not give a fuck. I generally avoid Ubers because I tend to play builds generally not suited for them, or they make them significantly harder, and some I avoid altogether because I just hate their mechanics (Uber Maven). I struggle with Maven specifically because of Memory Game, and with Searing Exarch's ball phase.

If we are being honest here, almost nobody who farms Ubers actually engages with the boss mechanics. They just play builds that bruteforce them, as they would otherwise probably fail like 80% of the time.

I'd rather play something I enjoy than force myself into aspirational content I don't want to engage with. I don't enjoy bullet hell games for the same reason; it's not that I can't do them, I just really, really don't like it. You don't keep licking ice cream you don't like the taste of, do you now.

Try a build that has more than 4k eHP and you will do ubers without crashing out mentally

Just don't compare yourself with Steve and you'll be fine
