If you call that good, then we have to talk. Seriously. A 20 second Freeze should not happen regularly at all.

If you have a medical problem in frequent intervals you would also visit a doctor. Because its not good.

You know why? Not one single crash! I remember in .02 the game would hard lock my PC every hour forcing reboots. Now? I can actually play! I really appreciate all of the stability changes and improvements. Just being able to play is so awesome.

While I do not really enjoy the temple mechanic, I can see potential for it. I don't get my pants too tangled up about the economy because this is an early access league, but you know how it's going now with inflation ;)

Anyways, looking forward to new weapons and classes plus making high level crafting more assessable.

Good job coding team for making the game stable.


Best league ever!? Okay... then please explain why 0.4 has the worst drop off in player count? Even 0.2 had more retention than this awful season! The league mechanic sucks, there are still texture issues, bugs and no change to endgame until 0.5.

Currently PoE2 has a player count that's still on the decline, the season started off at 290k, it dropped to 200k within days and couldn't break 200k after the 17th of December. Now it's been unable to even hit 100k players since the 6th of January. This is not a normal or healthy decline, it shows mass rejection from a majority of players.

This was all from taking a look at Steam Chart figures, the evidence is undeniable - 0.4 is the worst patch for retaining players in PoE2 history.

That's not true at all. There are more players today than there were yesterday. In other leagues the player count has gone down each day.

You may be confusing retention with the fact that fewer players STARTED the league than started previous leagues. That was guaranteed to happen once GGG announced the endgame wasn't coming.

To me, the high retention this league shows that GGG should consider more private leagues in the future. An optional mid-league economic reset might be popular on an ongoing basis.

The retention is pretty bad. That there are more palyers today tha yesterday is because its weekend. That means nothing. 0.4 had a faster palyer dropoff than every league before. Relatrively speaking it lost the most player. After a certain amount of time
