Same as most, multiple 60 crystal runs, with every reroll of room cards I found (at least 10) and I can 100% confirm that I've never actually sacrificed the room itself.

This is ridiculous. Months later and the bug still exists. I've done 50+ runs with no sac chamber appearing and I cannot continue my chain.
