9 pages of people not understanding how temple works, hilarious.
Its been over 2 months and you guys still didn't learn that the temple offers rooms that can connect to something on your temple?. If you have open road, anything can connect there, including different types of roads that each also count as a different type of room and thus adds more useless rooms to the pool of selection (horizontal, vertical, cross, halfcross, rightsided, leftsided), meaning that if you have an open road anywhere, temple will keep offering you completely random rooms prioritizing those with better weightings like garrisons, armories and roads.
To spawn whatever room you need faster, you need to not have any road access and build the prerequisite room to the one that you need (for example if you need spymaster, have an open garrison somewhere) and leave it open.
That's also why advice of most temple building youtube guides to build a huge fodder snake is a complete nonsense (funny that most people blindly copied those clueless guide makers), and what you actually need is a small fodder snake where you can maintain cover of all road exits with the correct rooms.
Notice that room selection for the 'next round' (after you close temple) happens after the rooms are destroyed, so if the deletion of rooms opens a road access - it again begins selecting rooms out of the entire room pool. That's why you need SMALL fodder chain where every road exit is blocked by enough rooms that after closing the round it doesn't expose the road.
So to answer this topic, to proc more sac chambers you need all road exits blocked with whatever rooms, and at least one thaumaturgy (1/3 to spawn sac chamber next round), corruption chamber (1/2 to spawn sac chamber next round) or generator (1/2 to spawn sac chamber next round), as the open room somewhere on your temple.
Source: my own educated experience building two of the most complex temples i could find (fubgun's rarity one and sanek's negative rarity one which is 10x harder to make). And for the negative rarity temple i had to use roman road technique (deleting rooms with sac chambers) multiple times, so i actually had to spawn this exact room (sac chamber) multiple times when i needed it.
[Removed by Support]
i have 1 chain with 32 rooms, i dont put random rooms at all, my last room in chain is Thaumaturge and i have been trying to get the Sacrificial chumber for 30+ runs already (tried to add Thaumaturge room in the middle for more % to get the Sucrificial chumber and guess what? still same fucign result , the room doesnt appear for me and this is 100% some bug/logic flow in the temple system for some players)

I am 100% sure that you are not telling the entire truth about your temple and/or how long you are not getting a sac chamber, simply because i've tested all of that myself and there is hardly any variance. You build the correct rooms, maintain the correct fodder chain and it will spawn what you need pretty fast.
People need to stop lying to themselves that some magic is happening or that their temple is somehow bugged, avoiding the fact that you lack basic knowledge about temple building or keep cutting corners (not maintaining the right amount of rooms / not closing your roads with the correct rooms).
Post the screenshot of your temple and everything will become obvious as to why you are failing to progress with your temple. I'm saying that because every single person that posted screenshots of their 'bugged' temple thus far had obvious mistakes in his temple but ignored them and instead blamed it all on 'bugs'.
