I mean.. I get what you're saying but these are not generally the 'same ppl'.
You can hold them accountable individually if you can make them out though.

This is a common misconception on the internet. You have to keep in mind that the vast majority of people who are affected by someone or something don't voice their opinion on that. It goes like this by declining percentage of players

don't even read or care > read but don't even interact by voting other comments > interact but don't reply > replay but don't write original comment or post > the rest.

So while you think the entire community is mad because there are 3000 negative replies on a news post of which 500 are taking it too far, that's likely <0.1% of players you're reading from. (Don't confuse concurrent number of players with total)
