whats the point? 30%less? how about letting us able to lock the tier 2 rooms?

honestly very disappointed with GGG. as laptop user playingo poe2 on it very hard, but not because of low fps, but often crashes sometimes 4-5 per hour, and thats only in poe1 and poe2 (but more fitting name poe remake). And when you got crashes on map all bufs from HH gone, but that not that annoying as when i was running 4th lab and killed last boss just to get crash and lost all rewards, yea no new boss fight and so on just run sekemas from scratch. So 0 improvements for me and i don't believe there will be since this porblem the same for poe1. But thath's not what disapoint the most, but their new politics to bun fun in the game, and ingoring exploit abusers who are ruining game expirience. But they don't forget to punish innocent casual players from having fun. It feels like GGG says to fun in the game "You shall not pass!".

Once again I ask to revert the change or find better solution. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer.

At this point i am out of words. First you screw new temple builders this night and now you make it even harder for them since the rooms not going away?

Please give it atleast one lock per run and remove the tier3 requirement.
