0.4.0c Hotfix 14

Return please
Once again, you guys have made it VERY OBVIOUS that you don't play your own game. If you do, try to get past Act 3 at least. If you just revert the locking of rooms, I GUARANTEE you, 95% of players will be happy with it.

ok i was still holding out they may revert, guess the league truly is over. I wish D4 didnt suck so bad. guess its back to league of legends.

Maybe you could try giving D4 an honest attempt, it's far from "D4 bad" as the juvenile meme bashing would suggest. In fact, people are saying they're enjoying D4 more this season than ever before; I sure as heck am. The expansion looks even more promising, providing end game that PoE 2 is seriously struggling to do.

Or... if you haven't tried it yet, play the best ARPG ever made, Grim Dawn

LOL! Might be the most clueless post in this entire thread...

No, lil' bro, the temple changes are NOT fine for balancing. Do you even comprehend what the changes were, what they did, and why people are upset?

Well, clearly you don't if you think it is... "fine"

The balance can be restored if you introduce some kind of mechanic for which people would start maximize builds. You can reset all temples and return the old construction mechanics, but with one condition, if the monsters have a difficulty of x20 from what it was.
In all other cases, the economy is dead. Literally nothing can be done. The only option was to find a use for the hundreds of thousands of divine orbs. But GGG has no chance, they are limited and do not understand their own game.
Man i'm so glad that i'm skipping PoE2 till it doesn't feel like a slob. This would make me delete the game 100% - yet 3.27 was bad... hope 3.28 gets a change.
revert lock guys now...
Bring back the blocking of T1-T2-T3 rooms, it's not funny anymore!
Why can those who have built and have level 3 rooms farm, while you've disabled everyone else's ability to even build? Is this a New Year's gift?.................

I think that's kind of a hard stretch there, lol. While some people really enjoy it, it's so antiquated and archaic that there's no logical way it could be considered the best. If that was satirical, you got me.

I could not stomach more of the same formula from back in the early Titan Quest days. It's just the same exact game / engine / everything, except for it's aesthetic background ( Ancient history vs demons / zombies ). It's one of the turnoffs I have with PoE when the devs keep saying how much they enjoyed Diablo 2 and want to keep incorporating parts of it into their games. No, a ton of us really don't want a 2000 game that plays like a 2000 game decades later.

I'm very much the type of person that says "If you'd give us modding support, we could make this game better and enjoyable for years to come." .. but I never got that with Grim Dawn / Titan Quest. Sure, there were improvements to be had and more "classes" to be played, but it was basically the same exact thing, with how little could be / was done for the game. Ironically, Diablo 2 mods went above and beyond expectations; which surprisingly makes me wonder what is wrong with games like Grim Dawn that don't get the same treatment.

It's good that people still enjoy that kind of game design, but I have to leave it back in the past, just like with Dungeon Siege and Sacred. Fine for their times, but did not age well.
