Appeal regarding Account Suspension - [MartinChan#6081] - Potential Technical Misunderstanding

The situation is, even if I checked all my recent actions or your possible breaching items, I've no idea what's going wrong.

And you are not supposed to.

Your whole post reads like someone that is trying to bamboozle support into giving you the account back.
Thing is that when they action something like this and further enforce the ban after appeal, they are sure that you were doing something that broke their ToS.
Their vagueness when defining the infraction isn't a case of support being clueless and just going with what their detection software tells them, it is there to stop bad actors from knowing what thing they did to get caught and working their way around it.

Your response is at least free from the blind hostility I’ve encountered by that artificial idiot. From my perspective, I have meticulously reviewed all my actions. Since the official notice was vague and lacked any specific details regarding the infraction, I took it upon myself to list every potentially suspicious point. Based on my actual behavior and common sense, not a single one of them justifies a permanent ban.

From my standpoint, any reasonable person would inquire and challenge the official decision. Seeking to recover the account or have the penalty downgraded is a legitimate pursuit (and to be clear, my intent is not to "bamboozle" anyone with flowery words, though I cannot control how others perceive it).

More importantly, I genuinely do not know the actual cause of the permanent ban or how to rectify the situation. If GGG states that I need to settle an outstanding balance, I have no problem with that. In fact, I mentioned in a previous email that I had purchased redeem codes and was unsure if there was an issue on the seller's end; I even provided the transaction records. Unless you are in my shoes, you simply cannot understand the depth of this experience.

I have invested an immense amount of time, energy, and emotion into that account (including duplicate purchases across different platforms). It is no longer a disposable pastime that I can just toss away. If I were aware of any actions on my part that violated the rules, I never would have risked it.

Must I curse those who break the game’s rules every time I defend my position, just to prove my innocence? It’s honestly quite laughable.
