why is the league mechanic AGAIN significantly less rewarding in maps than in campaign? why is that in campaign i do the stone circle and get a drop and not in maps? 95% of the income i got from incursion in maps was just normal ass rare mob loot, that i would've gotten on a map anyway except that when i do a map i can add extra content with tablets plus theres a mapboss, plus im going closer to citadels. every single reward room in the temple feels completely worthless AND the only reward bench you cannot take with you is the exalt slam one... if it spawns at all cuz we all know spending 5-10 minutes clearing a temple is way too fast and easy to spawn a bench that could potentially save me 1(one) exalt
i dont get it, you guys started adding guaranteed drops during the campaign where there was a painpoint and now the entire campaign is guaranteed drops? doesnt it occur to you that maybe if you need to bandaid fix loot during the entire campaign, then maybe there is indeed something wrong with it? |

Deadrabbit made a good point today on Tris podcast:
If the goal is to eventually release this game in a finished, 1.0 state, then did this update really do that? Sure we got the druid but we also got a undercooked league mechanic and a lot of changes that people don't like. So now you have a long list of things that need fixed in general but also to make the league mechanic something people want to engage in, rather than work on the things that they actually need to have implemented to release the game. And to add to the sentiment it seems like they release a patch, let's say for PoE 1, they hotfix and patch it for 4-6 weeks, then spend 4-6 weeks working on PoE 2, then hotfix it for 4-6 weeks. So out of 3 leagues per year for PoE, your really only getting 4 months of fractured development time where they seem to spend a lot of time mulching back and forth over the same issues. The loot and density and progression of endgame in 0.3 was for all intents and purposes fine, but they sort of uprooted that now they need to work on that for the next month, and fix the vaal temple so as to make it not have been a waste of time to make at all. Abyss worked well because it was sort of like the other mechanics we had, like breach and ritual. Simple and straight forward. The current mechanic has so many things to balance and fix to put it in a workable state I think it was kind of a big mistake. I say that as someone who was expecting this mechanic to be my favorite one so far. This all seems a bit sisyphean at some point. They just need to balance what we have and work to add the classes and the acts so they can give the mechanics the proper amount of time and care they require to be enjoyable. " Ah yes, ofc it was a B U G. YOUCANNOT have fun in this game. I guess im done with a league, good that im now buying sup packs only after a week of playtime so i can 100% see is league good or its trash, saved some money |

Dear GGG
Please fix Staggering palm. When you stagger an enemy and the buff is avaiable for use it bugs with going for example into werwolf form where it cannot be used after you changed to human form it bugs. |

Does Oh Abyss give any earnings in the league? LET'S F***K IT UP, TEAR IT TO PIECES AND BURN IT. Can you guys balance anything without turning it into unplayable garbage? Bear skills are just warrior skills without the nerfs that the main warrior skills got in this league.

The economic system has collapsed, and the temple gameplay offers no drops or challenges. I don't understand why this game has ended up like this.

" You kind of have to suspect that the leagues are much like the classes...they want people to play the new thing so they nerf what was previously the most viable option. I'm sure there was an unintended interaction with abyss but the main reason it needed nerfed is because they really want people to spend their time in the vaal temple, not doing abyss for another 4 months. |
