" IF, big if, that is true. It makes you wonder how they are even going to come anywhere close to being able to complete the other classes they have in limbo. If druid was the closest class to being done and they're still significantly changing things 24 hours before league launch then shadow, templar, marauder, duelist must be in shambles right now. |

My problem with say going Invoker for Wolf is that you've solved power generation with resonance and frenzy but now you have to worry about getting strength to scale your gems since the wolf attacks currently are str/int and there's no support for rage. Perhaps some of the issues would be fixed by Marauder but that's a whole seperate issue on how we're getting aspects of the game with support to make them work on classes that aren't released yet. Warrior has a similar issue,I have synergies for days with endurance charges and no good way to consistently get them outside of like armor break+support gem interactions.

jonathan said in interview theres only so many ways to swipe and bite. so yeah its safe to say they ran out of inspiration.
for werewolf theres things like rabies, fire claw, an attack like D2 fury or some sort of attack speed hitter, there could be something like flicker strike. maybe a sneak attack type teleport. for bear there could be an advanced werebear form, something like D2 maul for dragon there could be storm skills, different breaths, maybe a flying skill, throw enemies etc |

" rage 3 support gem would solve rage along with rage socket in gloves or a jewel in the tree. endurance charges would be genrated through alliths chimes + combo + resonance. yes youre right getting strength is difficult but the hybrid strength and int only require 86 to 106 ish strength so definitely not that bad. probably wont be able to max chaos resistance at end game tho Last edited by komji#3796 on Dec 11, 2025, 2:58:34 PM

Hi.
i watchd the Druids video, formaybe 15 seconds. I stoped watching because the toon has a classic problem of poe2. it is slow, so i wil keep my foucos playing witch. they druid didnt fill my eyes ... |

>Sees act II of gameplay with a non geared toon
>"Ah man this is going to suck" Mash the clean

" Seems like someone didn't read anything I said. This isn't a numbers or damage talk, it's a discussion about how Bear specifically is better designed by leaps and bounds to the other 2 forms that almost feel like last minute tack-ons. Bear and, to a lesser extent, Wyvern look like much more complete shapeshifts where Wolf seems like it'll entirely rely on support from everything else. Never even said it's going to suck. I posed a question as to why it seems the other 2 forms have have ways to generate things they need and better synergies amongst multiple skills. Wolf actively has to solve problems in its own kit that the other 2 forms don't have to worry about. Last edited by Lord Pinkleton#8277 on Dec 11, 2025, 4:04:10 PM

it's not feedback but more of a question mark for community to ask how it's working. As you lack of knowledge about how it works - and what druid have to offer at all.
From me what i can see - is the dmg that is to high.. |
|
" Yea the videos honestly are showing the opposite of the doomer community sentiment on the for the druid and shapeshifting. Damage is actually higher than pretty much everyone in the campaign. Mash the clean

" Not a question mark, I understand how the skills work, they're largely released barring changes right before launch. The feedback is make things function more like the bear form that doesn't have to solve any issues and has multiple legitimate combos and synergies with the rest of the druid kit. The wolf largely does not have that. The discussion is entirely about how Wolf in particular seems undercooked and will only function through heavy support from everything else. |
