Xsolla take Money from me why

Hey I became a message from Paypal that i should bought PoE2 Early Acess.
But i didnt buy it .. Some1 hacked my account or got leaked? I read in forum that some others had the same problem that "xsolla" taked money from them. I didnt buy it, can u undo it? I allready have a PoE2 Key... I bought it 1 year ago! And take out my Payment Methods please. I dont want it to be saved on your site, because im scared now!. Last bumped on Dec 10, 2025, 2:49:45 AM

The same thing happened to me. I contacted Xsolla but they said if I wanted a refund, they would have my account banned..?. It says the purchase was made in the Taiwan region.
I just want to remove the Paypal payment option from my PoE account and can't find the option anywhere on this website. |

" just contact paypal to charge back. does not matter if Xsolla ban you or not, as you won't want to use that company again. I have exacly the same situation, already cancelled PayPal auto paymant. Interasting think: mail from Xsolla is in chinese, not in my language.

" Path of Exile is not available on Steam in all regions. Additionally - given that people availing of Steam's usual refund policy has resulted in quite aggressive emails from GGG's Support team citing alleged "chargebacks" and related warnings, I have to imagine that anyone issuing a chargeback on a Path of Exile-related transaction is highly likely to permanently lose access to their Path of Exile account. I would be much more careful about giving this kind of advice to people - you don't know how important their PoE accounts might be to them. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

GGG will lock account anyway if you mention "hack" if you really want to contact support.
So that it is your choice to stop further hack and losing money but risk of losing account, or gave protection fee to the hacker, due to GGG policy on hack and charge back This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
