Patch 3.27.0c Extended Downtime on PlayStation

Nope still in the loop de loop

As an experienced programmer I know that s--t happens, but this is nuts. PS5 version update is still missing, PS4 version update is loading. Two questions:

Why the hell PS4 patch is 24Gb ???

Why can't I login with my PS Account (writing from another e-mail based).

P.S. please please ask Sony to return services for their product in RU region, I want my tabs :)

This is intended. The realm has been brought up and the new clients will be rolling out in the next 90-120 minutes on PS5 and in a few hours on PS4.

We're updating in-game message to display this information on the login screen. Sorry about the confusion.

Just wondering if this is going to be a full rollback or what's going to go down. I did spend currency during the small window the update was live. As well as trying to loot things that the tree birthed were causing me to crash to dashboard. RIP that enlighten support.

As much as i appreciate the increase in communication, please dont make promises like this.
For a number of reason!

The major one being: None of us console players cares about a promise.
I could point to any of the major PoE1 or PoE2 releases on console during the last couple of years and incidents like this happened multiple times during each of them. If you are convinced the next time will be different, let actions speak louder than words. Or stay silent :-)

Nobody here is asking for apologies, promises compensation or the likes.
Just keep us somewhat up to date about whats happening, in a straight and honest way. No sugar coating needed!!!

And have a little trust that your increase in communication wont go unnoticed.

3 hours waiting for this so called patch to turn up. 3 to 4 hours after a failed update and another 5 to 6 hours for the patch to be rolled out?

Don't forget the console extra time. Console PoE is looked after by the GGG cleaning lady but only if she has spare time
