Bump, because if they re-use PoE 2 assets again next league we're gonna have the exact same problem, or worse. Shaders need to be fixed.

Sure would be nice to see a fix that compiled once and cached shaders, so they aren't being compiled during gameplay.
Even better would be a GGG response (tech or not) on the subject. A serious look into code optimization. I can imagine you are busy developing 2 games, and are choosing where to invest their time/devs.. but lets not ignore your old game and leave it in a poor state. Business is choices, choices = cost analysis. Task someone or not task someone to investigate. ROI or focus on new IP/game. But, at least respond to posters about why its not being addressed. We can take it. Staying silent is bad business. |
