Entering maps causes 5k-7k ping and then disconnect

Ping Spike while playing and disconnect, sometimes not disconnecting, but still barely playable to unplayable.

Another evening, another DC. I get lag spikes everywhere, 500 ms every two or three seconds, which sucks but is technically playable. Now, in a Heist map, I got DC'd. Frankfurt Server.

Just a follow-up on my previous post. Later last night gave it a try and everything was totally fine. So I'm going to assume it was nothing notable on my end. Likely it was just the servers getting swamped for a good portion of the day.

I understood what you meant. However, Poe was very smooth to play just one day before the version update 3.27. I have a game console and I live in Canada. I restarted my router in case of a better internet connection, I uninstalled and reinstall Poe. I cleared all the cache. I tried different servers. Overall, nothing worked. My system has been the same since the new update 3.27. So, I believe the issue comes from the new version. Please, POE Team, test your new version for PS and Xbox from Canada and other countries to fix. It may depend on which country we are in. Thank you for your support.

For me, this happens when the client exceeds my internet connection speed. It mostly happens when I approach a certain location on the map, but sometimes it happens right when I enter the map. Something similar used to happen in Scourge League, but back then it always happened when there were a significant number of monsters (including invisible ones) within the "simulation radius". Now, it seems like the client just suddenly wants to download a few megabytes, and then everything goes away. But while it's downloading those few megabytes, the ping rises to ten seconds and sometimes client times out.
Also, this happens even in delve, where there's no new league content. |

i am from the EU as well, changing to Washington fixed the problem!

For me it happens in all content Heist, Delve, Alva, League Mechanic. Mechanic is activated, lag happens.

I have the exact same issue, nothing helped so far. Playing on Frankfurt but also tried NA, Canada or other EU Servers. Unplayable as it insta crashes when i start a map or in good runs i get set back 25x per map and can sometimes finish. Will have to wait for a solution now sadly as it started to crash every map again.
