Entering maps causes 5k-7k ping and then disconnect

Happens here too... I tried London, Paris, Amsterdam,but happens always the same, i don't know what's causing it, tried vulkan, d11 and d12, change graphic options, nothing works.

Game started crashing continuently at around 20.30 01.11.25 - i login, enter chapter 4, the game starts lagging as soon encounters with entitys begin and shortly after disconnect to loginscreen. It happened 4 times in the last 5-10 minutes now.

I cant progress through campaign for the same reason. I Enter the zone and instantly I'm unable to move. Shaders ramp to max and Ping shoots up to 10k+.

Deleting the cache folders does seem to work temporarily.Within 5mins the issue slowly ramps back up to unplayable levels.

5070Ti/7800x3d


Update: Almost 24 hours later problem still occurring. I've tried to reinstall, changed my shader limit to 100gb, Dx11-vulkin-Dx12. This is clearly not an issue on our side. I would love to know why its only happening to a small group of people. Every streamer/youtuber can play just fine.

I have just tried deleting everything in my cache folders.
in %AppData%\Path of Exile
And also the deleted everything in the folder called minimap.
It seems to have fixed it for me.

Ontario Canada here. Server is so laggy. My character would "skip" and then eventually I got disconnected.

Thanks, seems it halps a bit, but sometimes I see latency over 1k anyway

have the same problem and it's really annoying, the map starts ok and then the ping increases even though there are no monsters there

Same here, legit cannot play the game. Streamers are obviously fine. fuck all of this!

Essentially same here: I have huge network latency spikes going to 60k ms even sometimes without disconnecting (mostly with).

Tried this, didn't fix it for me. Issue happened rarely in the campaign, but now in every map.

Edit: Just had the same behaviour when zoning into my hideout. Bug Report ID: #1.797.003.960
