They said in the Ziggy Q&A that some unique items have that possibility, but I'm expecting it's only being implemented on low/mid level uniques (or rather low/mid tier uniques) that have a downside. Yeah, I was referring to the uniques that are already strong with a downside (higher tier). Even some mid-tier items would become quite broken, like Gruthkul's Pelt.

gruthkuls is something i always wanted to make work but too many utility skills are spells.

unlike poe2 where some skills dont have the spell tag.

if foulborn gruthkul removes that one line i think it will finally see some proper usage

Yeah, that items just seems like it's designed by someone with limited game knowledge that doesn't know all the different tags.

Emberwake rings without the 40% less burning damage mod.
Abyssus without the extra physical damage taken mod probably gets a ton of usage as well.
