0.3.1c Patch Notes

Since the patch on 10/23 I can't play the game without dying to game stutter due to network lag. At this point I'd take the loading screen and reset fog of war over this patch.

Fix Ravenous Swarm pls, so i can enjoy my char once more and play it in future leagues
- +limit still not working for Swarm - no "allies in presence" things working for Swarm Pls for the love of gods |

1. biomes are still not working
2. ange (merchant) is still blocking one tab from time to time and requires relog 3. ritual tablets not dropping 4. lack of communication |

I’m honestly shocked they dropped this patch mid-league with zero explanation. On top of that, they went and added random nerfs that nobody asked for. Feels like they didn’t even test it properly before pushing it out.
