It’s the moment you realise that every frustrating design choice in this so-called “game” was intentional that you start questioning why you’re wasting your time on what feels like a torture simulator. The system clearly knows your class, build, and gear, yet it keeps dropping everything except what’s useful for you. Then again, these forums feel like therapy sessions for those grieving over lost time and sanity, trying to understand how the developers manage to make players suffer so much and still lure them back. Anyway give it another year or two, I believe POE1 took 8 years before it were actually playable, and yeah look at all the issues that still have..

And yet, they are still making the best version in the genre.
That's the real reason why people keep coming back.
