Second wind nerf mid season

It was a bugfix, not a nerf. two entirely different things.

Just like the bugged Spectres a couple weeks ago retaining things that should only be available on tamed beasts.

No this was not a bugfix and I can provide a logical reasoning to that:

GGG is obsessed by having a 100% accruate description of game mechanics like skills. As such if something behaves exactly like written we can generally trust its not a bug but actually intended.

The Warbriger Assendancy 'igonres" cooldwowns, it does not remove them. As a consequence the skill still has a cool down displayed in its properties.


The "second wind wind gem III" before the change stated " recover life per second of cooldown".


Now after the mechanic change the the text was altered to "when supported skill consumes a cooldown".

In summary:
* It did behave before exactly as described (no bug)
* it behaves now as a differnt mechanic (aka nerf)

And GGG knows that, the did not had that audacity to call it a bugfix, they declared it just as a change.

So my point ist: in league game mechanic changes are bad and dont motivvate ppl to play more or longer, quite the contrary.

They lie a lot. Just go check the post when 0.3 was about to be released. The image says ''ALL CLASSES BUFFED'', then they proceeded to nerf almost everything after the stream reveal, in which those reveals didn't include the nerfs.

GGG is taking a really bad path for the game in terms of design. They want players to feel weak all the time, unless you are playing broken meta builds, OFC.
