Second wind nerf mid season

Can someone please explain why we are nerfing things in the middle of the season? I thought we weren't doing this?

This late into the league i think its okay to do this, but its also completely useless to do.

100% agree this was totally unnessary during season, could have been adapted next season. their vision "the game should feel like chore, no fun allowed"

Been not using it, but definitely unnecessary change.
Some demons can only be cast out through prayer and fasting.

Balance tuning & bugfixes should always be league-agnostic. Keep it up, GGG!

Bugfixing is not nerfing.
That being said, I am fully for the monthly balance patches. |
