0.3.1 Patch Notes

This patch is a huge disappointment.

-Still crashing and freezing randomly quite often. This is my biggest complaint. It makes it extremely difficult to even try and play.

-Juicing feels significantly less rewarding. Clearly getting a fraction of the drops I used to before the patch, and what does drop is hardly worth picking up. There is huge negative return on investment from a juicing standpoint.

-Getting randomly perma-frozen by mobs and lockboxes. This wasn't an issue before the patch.

-Getting randomly one-shot by trash. This wasn't an issue before the patch.

-Evasion feels broken. This wasn't an issue before the patch.

-Stuns feel broken. Getting chain stunned. This wasn't an issue before the patch.

-Casters and minions feel worse. This wasn't an issue before the patch.

-Strongboxes and Shrines don't show up in maps despite heavy investment.

-No change in chilled or ignited ground. I've run maps since the patch where it appeared to cover most of the map.

-Rare icons removed from the mini-map Now I have to waste time looking for rare mobs which drop loot. Now its a futile treasure hunt with no worthwhile drops if you find a rare.

-I don't want to kill bosses over and over again in every map. They never drop anything worth picking up aside from waystones. They never have been and still are not rewarding or worthwhile to kill.

Just like I never had problems with audio not playing, after this patch half of the sound effects/voice lines do not play. It got increasingly bad once I got to the interlude acts. Abyss icons still appear on the map after being cleared. This patch was probably pushed a little too early. ;)

….. dead and dead and dead and dead again and again and again …. Before patch is ok to play map boss able to kill or to be killed…. Now the map kill is 100% kill u …. High level experience hard to earn now keep dead …hard earned experience drop and drop and drop wtf is going on . No mood to aim for max level now . Quit….
seems all my customers small shop jewerly + projectiles lvl and rarity imaginary rings quit or +50 spirit Jewerly. or + %100 Elemental Damage bows Quit. 0 sales tonight first day from League Start. Subhannallah !
"Character Panel estimations for player Accuracy, Armour and Evasion now use a maximum Monster level of 82 for calculations (previously level 84)"

Does this mean that past level 82 we don't know if we're gonna need more armour/accuracy/evasion? I don't understand lowering it like that. If I'm wrong let me know, but the rest are W changes.
No fix for Ravenous Swarm... sad.
Deadeye isn't even OP, bows and bow skills are just super strong. Have done 3 different bow builds using entirely different ascendancies and skills, and they're all pretty busted.
Why the quantity got nerved?
Why deleting the rare mob icons, that was the best idea for poe in the last years!!!

Why i get only 1/8 of the divines what i got before the patch?
I play poe since 2013 and in every league they nerv the loot. They really dont like normal players. I´m out forever. bye

10% quant tablets are around 400ex or 1div now. Crafting of tablets is dead, because of bigger spread and more modifiers.

So you either run empty maps with at least 2-3x less content than before
or spend like 3+ divs on juicing maps which even before the 50+% nerf to juice would not be that profitable running solo.

currently if you want to run juiced maps you have to make 40+ exalted orbs per map to break even.

I despise people saying now that its better because they dropped divine in their fist map.. sure bro you got lucky, lets buy tablets worth 3 divs, craft 10 maps, run not-double juiced nodes with them and get back to me with video where you didn't die once to any random sh*t oneshots and you made 40+ exalted orbs per map to break even or I don't want to hear anyone saying this is better... its not, it's 10x worse experience than before

This sorry excuse for a patch will lead to more focus on party leecher play, making solo/casual players poorer than before. Sure, now is price of divine dropping because lot of top end players expected this and juiced their atlas to the max, but once they run out of the "double juiced maps" prices will skyrocket on everything. This patch just killed the league so hard its not even funny...
On top of other horrible changes like removing rare icons, forcing us to run 0 REVIVES ONLY if you ever want to see anything more than 1 ex per map dropping... not mentioning that most of the "fixes" like crowbell fix or reducing chilled/ignite/etc grounds are not even working and they are still as before or actually worse in case of bugged bosses, because now you can't even complete the maps :D :D if they don't make some 0.3.1a patch addressing at least some of the problems?? see ya in December guys..

what should be changed imo:

- let us run 3 tablets with 1 revive instead of 0 revives
- bring back rare icons on map at least as a turn off/on option
- change most nerfed tablets from 4-10% to 10-20%
- remove shrines/strongboxes/whisp/obelisk/azmeri/chest from pool of "1-3 additional content" and let them spawn randomly on top of other content as it was before.
- 1-3 additional content should be only breach/expedition/ritual/delirium
