[Feedback] Giga-Nerf Gem Levels on Gear in Patch 0.5

There is not much point arguing this with people who do not understand the difference between changing something static, like existing items, and changing the system around it.

Directly removing or lowering existing gear levels is messy. It risks creating weird legacy item problems and hurts newer players more than people who already have the best items.

A cleaner approach would be to change what each extra gem level actually gives, or add alternative sources of +levels through the passive tree, ascendancies, or another progression system.

That's exactly the point. All nerfs hitting new coming players and feel the injustice gameplay from the very beginning.
