My thought process? Giving examples of what I imagine as being "sexy" but not "pervert".

Sexyiness doesn't automatically mean "nude". It just means that we get mtx that highlight the attractiveness of our character models. A tight mage robe for the sorceres with a moderate cleavage, a barbarian armour that highlight the chest muscles of the smith etc. I dont need to see nipples or any other intimate parts to call mtx "sexy". I just want more variety. And I wanted to show some actual proof that we already have MORE explicit NPC and monster models, even some that actually SHOW some nipples.
We don't need to go THAT far in order to please a big audience of this game that likes sexy MTX. And no, seeing the 100th edgy mystical knight mtx isn't exciting anymore.
