Confirmed tried 3 different times and relogging after each attempt.

Just wrote a ticket to support with that and now im here see im not alone with this ... playing HC its kinda bad bug

Same here, killed him twice after resetting zone, no drop

Got the same bug here, killed him just now and didn't get the hammer. Thankfully I already have the reforging bench from a previous run so not a big problem.
