character keep committing suicide

i have not, ill try to screenshot my skill tree and post it but i've already checked every node selected and none drain health, no CI either

i figured it out my bad guys
i must have been too tired or something but i got this unique on 'heartbound loop pearl ring' i think that's the issue it didn't register in my head but one of the mods is '300 physical damage taken on minion death' that's gotta be it, i just can't tank the damage yet lmao
