I have no issue with what people like or dislike. I do have an issue with them wanting something completely different to what's being offered and demand what we have to be changed. There's already a farming sim available. Just saying for anyone interested 🤷‍♂️

I personally don't get why they need to make a PoE1 clone, if theres already one good game for that, receiving updates and leagues. And it does zoomy endgame way better with so much more content and better performance, so don't see any reason to be like that in PoE2.

I Like PoE1, i spent almost 4k hours there, but i think im getting to old for that kind of speed and shit happening on the screen and i just want more engaging different game from PoE2.

We will see what it become on release.



I get where you’re coming from. PoE1 has its own identity with fast, zoomy gameplay, so I don’t really see the point of trying to copy that in PoE2 either. If PoE2 is supposed to be slower and more deliberate, then it should lean into that instead of trying to please both sides. Mixing the two directions just makes it feel confused right now.

Honestly, it reminds me a bit of how game systems and online platforms try to blend too many features at once - like when gaming sites add flashy extras but forget about smooth functionality. [Removed by Support] - it focuses on balance and speed without overcomplicating things, kind of what PoE2 should aim for.

I don't see how. I love the game and I want it changed to like every other boring blaster out there.

Yes sure, part of the game with the most assets, story, voicing, animation is not "the game".
I assume you mean that endless gamble of the same maps in endgame with one button is "the game". Endgame is only minmaxing grind with 90% content repetitive from campaign with different numbers.

The game is starting after clearfell camp in act 1, and it was great and challenging in 0.2. They broke things up in later patches a bit with all mobs nerfs and player powercreep, as GGG said, and will balance it next patch hopefully. 0.3.1 already made a step in this direction with lower packsize and harder bosses.
