Derelict Mansion boss not starting

happend to me too but after a while they eventually triggered i was doing some breaches had multiple left when i went where boss is to clear mobs boss triggered too.

i found a strong box i hadnt done which let me trigger boss fight
|
|
|
go back to hideout, equip UNEARTH skill go back and use it on the boss. that should trigger the boss fight :)
