Derelict Mansion boss not starting

Derelict Mansion had breach and expedition - both completed however, after entering boss area, fight will not commence

Had rare monsters and breach extra content, I enetered while the breach was uncompleted, went back and completed it, still not able to start boss fight, bosses stuck in their idle/dance animations. Tried logging in and out also.

Same here, map was a t15 with delirium layers on it. I gained access to the map with the Grand Project tablet.
