Blood Hunt deals no damage

It pretty much happens non stop, It's like having a 0 damage skill, why am I using it??????????????????

Blood hunt dont work when bleed do 4+ million damage, its bug from league start.

I would like to bump this up since it wasn't addressed in 0.3.1. This bug is consistent and basically nerfs endgame boss dps by half for anyone using rake/blood hunt.

Bump, I’m one of the better rake players right now with bleeds up to 40m but without blood hunt no one shot capabilities please fix.
