Blood Hunt deals no damage

So I started noticing that blood hunt isn't dealing damage and instead just removes the blood loss from high HP targets. It seems that after accumulating enough blood loss — I think around 2.5 to 3 million bleed damage — blood hunt simply removes the blood loss, stops the bleeding, and deals zero damage.

Happens to me all the time, especially on uber bosses, it's incredibly annoying, as the build kind of works around that skill...

Same, mostly on pinnacle bosses

Same here. Only noticed it on the pinnacle Uber (T3 now?) bosses. Removes all blood loss with no actual damage.

Same here. Not only on Uber bosses, map bosses also. Ignoring that skill for now, just waiting for the bosses to bleed out.

Sometimes the skill do no damages but still removes the bleed.
