The next POE1 league should be starting next month, right?

4 months is what Jonathon Rogers said. Mercenaries started in June. So mid October for the next one right?

See that's the game I actually love and I would hate to see another one get delayed for a long time because of POE2, which is a game I don't really love.

If they manage to stick to the schedule you'd be correct with the starting date being somewhere in mid or late October.

Here's the issue though. We've had a bunch of delays for PoE 1 already and Mercenary league stopped receiving updates earlier than leagues usually would. PoE 1 clearly isn't a priority.

The reasonable thing for players to do is to simply match their current tone. Expect a delay or some other way of them messing up. It's not like we can plan around their schedule anymore anyway.

Propably november/december, if I had to guess.
A huge event soon would be nice.

October 13th would be 4months since release of 3.26. So unless poe2 is again impacting releases of poe1, mid october is expected

No news might be good news because they don't want PoE 2 players, especially streamers, getting ready for a new PoE 1 league.

The devs already broke their 4 month rotation commitment for POE2. POE2 0.3 should have released early August, but was basically a month late. And then POE1 3.27 should come out 2 months after POE2 3.27.

So, I doubt we see 3.27 earlier than 2nd half of October or early November.

POE DB runs a clock for predicted start/end dates of leagues and a run timer for current league.

It is based off a 4 month league length advertised by GGG, +1 week between end of league and 3.27 start.

The launch of the new poe2 league seems to be going well, so i expect the new poe1 league to be on schedule.

I highly doubt they are going to break off their promise before even releasing one follow up league.

In the 3.26 content reveals and discussions, Rogers specifically stated each will be on a 4 month schedule now, and it was a mistake to pull the whole team off of PoE 1.

I can see them shifting from this after PoE2 launches, but until then, it is advantageous for them to follow the laid out gameplan.

My guess would be PoE 1 league reveal October 2nd and league launch on October 10th. Which means we should start getting spoilers and tea leaves around September 18th.

Just don't take 4 months cycle seriously. The company has only 1 game in the past, now 2. They can't handle 2 games together
