What is the Blackflame Covenant change from the 28th patch update ?

There's no difference from previous description.
ngl all these changes in balance looks like a fresh pile of garbage, especially elemental skills rework with unintuitive infusions and curse/exposure nerfs, also arcane surge nerfed to the ground AGAIN + melee nerfed too quite heavily
Maybe Hollow palm should also reduce mana consuption from quartestaff skill by -50% right ?

Or else we are doomed to stack mana leech items, unarmed attacks so fast...

I did predict some sort of change for Ancestral Call since this node has to be prepared for the coming of Druid but only 75? That is still an awful lot of reservation per totem. My guess is that Druid rather than having anything that gives it +totems or there being +spell totems on the top left there will be some spirit reservation buffs for totems in one of the ascendancies.

I really hope I don't have to listen to other players' Goblin Troupe Pet. It's really fucking annoying. Please make it so that only the owner of the pet can hear it. Please.

People can have different opinions about design choices that are gameplay related and it's great that you don't try to cater to everyone. But this pet has zero impact on gameplay. For anyone who hates this pet, the game is just worse because of it. Why leave something that makes the game worse for a portion of the player base into the game? There is no logical argument for it.
New Eye of Winter makes no sense, wasn't it a goal of the patch to make more skills viable as a main damage dealer? Why are you giving a 15s CD to one that has always been about spamming the screen with projectiles? How does it make any sense that ONE hit out of dozens from the skill would deal way way more damage?

Sorry guys, but total miss there.
The nerfs will continue until morale improves.

Seriously though, I'm hoping that all the skill nerfs are heralding buffs to passive tree nodes. As is, the pre 0.3 tree is just too flat. Yes, a fully min/maxed build requires an optimized tree, but that generally means take the 3-4 clusters that are obviously OP for your build, buff up the defense you're using enough to survive, and then the rest of the tree is just whatever because most of the tree is either too weak to take or fairly interchangable damage nodes.
Did anyone compared damage of fireball and eye of winter before releasing patchnotes?

Cause it looks funny.
