it's not broken. Just play a somewhat tanky build created by some of the ssf goats if you are not a builder yourself. I soloed to 100 twice now. If i can do it everybody can. Of course you can't level in t17s realistically, that is the only real issue i see, but then again there are players that can#t even finish a t17 on 6 portals, so tough luck i guess....
As of this league even Maven Invitations are safe and you can do pinnacle bosses without exp loss. That was tedious before and is now fixed. There is no excuse to not lvl to 100 solo, unless of course you know, 3 jobs, 10 kids and fifteen additional hobbys...but oh well

Adding to this, Ascendancies are unlocked for the rest of the league. Just get to Act 3/8/10, walk in straight to treasure room and get your skills.
