I think (I don’t know PS5) he was trying to explain the difference between a soft and hard reboot. On Xbox we can either hold the power button down for 30 seconds iirc or I prefer (because I am old and lazy) to refresh the alt MAC address which basically does the same without me have to get up :) Not sure how you do this on PS5 sorry.
