They usually just give us excuses that's all. It's like in a food industry, if your chef messes something up, you give the customer some shitty excuse to make sure they stay happy for example too many people ordered at the same time so I'm sorry about your wait. Personally a company that gets millions and millions of pounds every year should not be able to lie to their customers, simple.

This. I think some of us were able to download a patch this morning but since we didn’t make it through, I believe there will be ANOTHER patch that we, as well as the lucky few will have to download again once it’s approved

re post: PS 5 players manually restart your console than recheck for patch. Note restart, not power off and on. A manual restart works similar to clearing cache on pc, at least on xbox.


This happens to me alot on xbox, if a patch is released when my xbox is on. The restart allways fixs.

When PS5 update will be available for RU region? Server says I need to update (new patch is out), but when I'm trying to update the client it says I have the recent version. 6 hours from original post and we still can't play. GGG?

P.S. Mac OS installer is broken too
