A minimal-dev time solution for decoupling class from gender
" This is not entirely true, maybe for poe 1 bcs its an old game, but in any modern rig system you don't need to adjust every single model individually most of the time And when you think about it GGG already have to do this bcs the models and their rigs are different in both games, so any mtx that is going to work in both games already demands time bcs of this, this doesn't apply only to the upcoming cosmetics They need to find a more efficient way to do this, which probably involves changing the poe 1 rig system |

" That's temporary. The PoE2 rigs will be ported back to PoE1. |

" That's how I heard it too. Not that it will necessarily offer different genders. For me, a higher priority is making the ascendancy classes look different. |

No one is actually worried about this, mainly because GGG already has a solution preliminarily in the game right now: they added a new category of mtx in the previous patch that would eventually let you swap the character model. Plus, PoE2 has all new model rigs that they've made easy to work with.

" I've already voiced my own worries about this, so this is just a lie. You are free to voice your own opinion, not to silence others'. |
