just kidding, nice things here, lets see how it plays.
mercs sound kind of boring, changes making some ascendancies tankier but no changes to their scion counterparts is kinda sad. At least they didn't nerf the trickster ascendancy

I didn't have any plans on using it anyway so I guess it doesn't make a difference, but it's crazy to me that y'all dumpstered Katabasis yet did absolutely nothing to Slayer aside from nerfing Ralakesh, when Slayer being insane was what was making that skill good

I was seriously hoping that you would add QOL to beasts so it is FIFO(first in first out method) instead of deleting random beasts or high value beasts, menagerie deleting needs a QOL!!!!
Molten strike of the zenith was absurdly overtuned. The real RIP is self cast, a few of the mandatory supports got buffed a little bit but archmage lost 25% of its damage and the best sustain option (sanctum of thought) got nuked pretty hard and ice nova of frostbolts got basically deleted (4 expands to 2 is halved damage) at this point if you're on archmage you're probably playing either spark or vortex of projection. Making a bunch of DoT skills do 20% damage is not enough to make non archmage self cast good again.

The Elementalist changes are a little iffy, they deleted elementalist golem stacking for the buffs and I think the shaper of flame change has finally killed EA ballista elementalist. The shaper of storms change mostly seems to be a very minor buff, lightning damage elementalist builds usually stacked ailment effect to reach 50 or 65% guaranteed shock anyways, losing 25% more effect in exchange for a 66% stronger base effect seems somewhat nice but still has to compete with hierophant getting an actual more spell damage multiplier and a bunch of extra mana sustain. Shaper of Winter actually adds some more damage, although it sounds like its additive with bonechill and loosing the extra 10% maximum chill effect makes it feel like a wash overall.

The Saboteur mini nimis node seems very promising but its not clear if its worth taking sabo over trickster or assassin for non trap builds or if its going to be relegated to a chase FFF directly competing with nimis in terms of price. The lucky crit chance unlucky damage node just seems profoundly bad, I expect it to be a dps loss outside of builds with essentially no hit variance like archmage.

The trickster nerfs were long expected and rip a significant amount of power out of a lot of builds but are not as crippling as expected.

Champion got some of its nerfs reverted and appears to now be aiming to stack fortification for a lot of buffs, however with the ralakesh changes it appears that badge and replica badge builds are about to get significantly weaker.

Berserker changes seem to be aimed at reducing its identity as the zHP maximum DPS build slightly, Defy Pain is no longer actively harmful to allocate but still appears to be kind of bad, the loss of blitz and flawless savagery remove its crit scaling component and in exchange it gets a lot of instant leech and a wonky extra hit node that sometimes lets you do more damage to stationary targets.

Leech got nuked really hard with instant leech values being halved and the super high value elemental mastery node got brought more in line with others, its a lot weaker but its still one of the strongest nodes on the tree for builds that don't stack curses and high power exposure.
Typo????

Essence Drain of Desperation: Now deals 12 to 18 Chaos Damage at gem level 1 (unchanged), scaling up to 926 to 1389 at gem level 20 (previously 776 to 1164). Now deals 91.14276.1 Base Chaos Damage at gem levels 1-20 (previously 91.6-3959.4).

Or do we really deal "Now deals 91.14276.1 ..."
Really 14276 Base DoT damage ... The dream xD

Or rather "911 - 4276.1 Base Chaos Damage"

if you nerf 10 gems out of 30, you automatically buff the other 20!
