Power Siphon of the Archmage is junk now

Power Siphon: Now has 90-105% Effectiveness of Added Damage at gem levels 1-20 (previously 140-159%), and now has an Attack Speed of 150% of Base (previously 115%).

Power Siphon of the Archmage: Now has 60% Effectiveness of Added Damage (previously 100%), and now has an Attack Speed of 150% of Base (previously 115%).

Wanted to play my Power Siphon build again - all nerfed. I do NOT want spend my time figuring out new builds. GGG simply don't understand, the times are over - where your vision to force people to new builds with nerfs to existing ones. I'm just skipping POE1 in favor to maaaaaanyyyy different ones... available. You shooting yourself in the foot everytime.

edit:I totally misread. My bad, it's not a nerf, it's a good buff

Why do you hate RF enjoyers? It was already a relatively slow and weak build and yet keeps getting specifically targeted for nerfs, even while everything else, even already ridiculously strong builds, get buffed. Most other builds just "trivialize the content", while RF enjoyers have always had to actually engage with the content fully because we're not deleting everything instantly like those other builds.
