Content Update 3.26.0 — Path of Exile: Secrets of the Atlas
" Phrecia has been my first league where I really got into crafting, and that was entirely thanks to the Settler recombinator system with its exclusive mod crafting. For the first time, crafting felt approachable - even for a casual player. It wasn't just a playground for players with endless divines, but something you could engage with meaningfully through planning and experimentation. The fact that knowledge and strategy could meaningfully improve your odds made the system feel rewarding and engaging rather than purely RNG-driven. It's disappointing to see that power scaled back. While I understand the goal of curbing top-end crafting, this change feels like it pushes the system back into niche territory - one where it becomes impractical or irrelevant for most players like me. I really hope this change is given one more look before being finalized. It would be great to see the mechanic preserved in a way that still supports deeper, more interactive crafting for a wider range of players. |

" They didn't change the settlers recombinator tho no? They added a new option to it that risks ur item but in turn let's u get the mods with a higher chance and that's the version they changed I think bc that's the one they talked about in the Q&A |

Don't buff group play this much!
This will have major negative effects on the economy |

Just leave sanctum unchanged at ilvl 83, or 81-83, no changes at all and make the group buff to ~50-60%.
That would instantly fix the most of it. I am very mad about those changes. It's so bad for the game if this goes live. |

I want to state up front that this is a complaint.
I have been playing and supporting poe both monetarily and by word of mouth since the beginning. I am completely a solo player, and while Im not a 1%er, I do invest alot of time and effort into poe every league. The very first time party boost was added, I was mildly irritated. Every time it gets tweaked my displeasure grew. Than came the stealth leak of streamer drop boost. This made me realize it was very possible for them to stealth buff any major suporter. Now I get that probably doesn't happen, but there is a chance. All in all im trying to point out that GGG does show favor to small part of the player base. Now imo group plays reward comes from grouping, working together as a team. They have no reason to get such a huge buff to drops. They already benefit from having a team. Buff and curse suports, culling, dps, and pulling, etc. While a solo player has to try cover these roles alone, thus we are slower, in all aspects. You could argue "but they have to split drops". Are you kidding me? The top teams aren't spliting they be pooling. Ie culler needs upgrades, the team would make it happen. I'm sure profits are split down but it would be after upkeep cost etc. The thing that really gets me though is how these groups tend towards price fixing. That aside, my over all point is that the reward for grouping, is the group. Giving them, what is it, over 10x loot for 6man. 100 per player, 50% per merc. With all the bonuses to group play, yet if we ask for ssf league loot increases we are dismissed and ignored. GGG and most big companies help streamer to produce vids that generate views. I understand you want the advertisements, but its not ziggyd, mathion, phox, or any other streamer that is spreading your name. What has and all ways will be the biggest source of brand security and recognition is word of mouth. Its me telling some random at the game store, work, gym, about the best arpg out there. People talking about it that helps your brand. People talking streamerD and how he got some GG drop does not, it helps the streamer. Sure you may see some spikes to growth from that but likely short lived when they login can't do the same. I've let this run long and get side tracked. What it boils down to is that this is likely another nail in the coffin. I for one am finally feed up, with 1 shot mechanics, favortism towards streamers, and finally all but being told solo play is not welcome. GL GGG but I think it's time to support a new company. Yea I cried you a river, but couldn't leave poe after this long with out posting for the devs |

" It is still by far the strongest crafting option in the game for a single player and it is not even close. The only thing nerfed is getting the 5x PERFECT affix items. 3x is still doable and way too easy to achieve IMO. A 3x T1 item is beyond broken already and more than you need to do all the content in the game. You better start picking up bases and alts though. Going to be very fun to do this every league for almost every slot from now on. :^) |

-1 party buff. Accept that this is an online single player game outsides of a fraction of a percent of players please. This will f up the economy for solo, which is most people. Just want one league with no ridiculous change or overlooked multiplier nuking the economy week 1.

I literally stopped playing settlers after empyrian bought out hinekora locks on trade to decorate his quad stash tab, gonna be week 1 now i guess
IMO party play should be unavailable for the first week of a fresh league |
