Patch 0.2.1 New Crafting Socketables Preview
Yes but this still pointless as you barely find a good piece of equipment and imagine of those socketable are rare to drop . You will be burning them on useless equipment ?
There should be a crafting bench thanks . We need to have more control over the items than just RNG our luck. They simply repeating the same mistake since the start of beta . Those people are blind and barely can see any vision tbh. Last edited by SaKRaaN#0012 on May 27, 2025, 2:16:19 AM

Can you add a way to make Perfect Jeweller's Orb?
It can even be cost 15 Greater or something, 5 per slot in the reforging bench. |

Good changes, but we still need some more help in campaign with the sockets since they are replacing the crafting bench.
Boots with no ms% is pointless throughout the campaign, this would help both newer players and SSF players a lot. Other than that, these look pretty good, can't wait to try them out, looking forward to the new patch when it comes out. As for the haters who are endlessly refreshing the thread to doomsay, the game isn't for you, go play something else, nobody cares. Looking forward to more updates. |

these are for nolifers attempting 10% power upgrade at the very endgame. 20divs each rune. "crafting" my ass.

I am inhaling so much copium hoping that poe2 1.0.0 patch notes will add scours and alterations, and they only didn't exist during EA for some reason.

I hate gamble-crafting (i.e. close your eyes, slam the orb and pray it won't brick your item).
This is why I like socketables and would love to see more crafting options like that. And don't be afraid to lean into deterministic crafting by making it very grindy. Personally I don't mind some serious grinding as long as it constantly moves me closer to my goal and I see the results. The way campaign should be played by your second and any subsequent characters: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3772827

The endgame's problem isn't having more options on socketables ... it's having more power over the crafting system of the recombinator.
