Thank you for the inverted item tiers in particular.
After stable direction to the right side for a few patches, and after this one particularly, I can definitely say project PoE2 is saved dude!!

The last missing thing is;
Please reconsider your opinion about movement speed in this game,
we are fine being comparely slow than PoE1, but with that few MS sources, add this stat to the boot implicit and bind its value to the item level please!

Balancing tends to occur every major patch (0.x).

You could incrementally adjust up underperforming skills in these minor patch rounds (without player base backlash).

But I think they do reporting and measurements in bulk for balancing in the major patch rounds.

Amazing all around, thank you GGG! Um, if it’s not too much trouble, could you fix armor now? I can’t even reach the endgame content you are improving with this and the prior patches.
I'm in the support for KB/M and Controller control hot swap without having to log out of the game waiting room.

Changes are looking really good though.

How about the on death effects?
Excellent changes (especially reverting the Affix swap), portal system is still terrible though.
PoE2 is a great tutorial for PoE1.
More socatables? So stuff that looks good in the stash but gets ignored for either hp, resist or a/e/e defences.
Note really doesn't inspire much when the issue isn't that people don't have other socetables they'd like to use.
Gotta have all that hp for the one shotting not addressed in the notes.
