Upcoming Plans for Patch 0.2.1

Some long awaited changes. Especially hyped for visibility of volatile plants, evenly spawning citadels and new chase items. Seems the game is finally moving in the right direction. A lot of criticism of 0.2.0 has been heard and addressed while some is still around (Tower overlapping being mandatory for example, too much RNG in crafting and Corrupted Nexus spawns, etc.) as well as some fundamental issues (skills being tied to weapon types, passive tree being too cookie cutter and locking you into having to play specific skills and playstyles) but maybe until full release we might get there.

This should also once and for all silence the blind fanboys that thought 0.2.0 was great and nobody had a problem and every report was fake or instigated by streamers, whatever. The game had and still has SERIOUS flaws for any ARPG that needed to be addressed and they are improved now step by step.

This really encourages me to keep playing and discover more about POE2. But there is one request I really want to make to the support team, on the Xbox Series S I am experiencing 2 intermittent issues after opening and closing full windows and random disconnections when using the São Paulo server which makes gameplay a little frustrating.
Half of the changes could have been made before the start of beta testing. It was enough to just log into your game and start playing! I'm shocked that it took you so long to do such basic things. Why was it necessary to change the order of the levels at all, why couldn't you just leave everything as in part 1?


And why has the opportunity to gain experience in simulacra and breachs been removed? Who asked for this at all?

I suggest reading previous patches on why. They already explained it.
