this is their policy and it does not matter if you like it or not. you also agreed to the ToS

so it seems you only have one option = get banned

@OP, you can argue and moan all you like the fact is that it's their game and you agreed to their ToS, if they are warning you that it is bannable then don't do it, simple as that.

Be thankful you got a warning as usually it is an automatic ban
