Upcoming Plans for Patch 0.2.0h

WHERE is CORPSE creation spell?! why do you dont have such a simple spell in a game?!
|
|
|
It will change nothing.
Abandon the vision or the game will never be played by more than 50k. Steam stats and twitch stats show it all. |
|
" cz there is 00000.1% chance that yellow item will turn out to be unique instead |

QoL changes are great, keep up.
However you need really work hard on better trades options as PoE2 is extermly trade heavy game and making this process more automated will keep leauge alive for a lot longer especially for causal players. |
|
" Is it even a thing? I've never seen it and probably don't want to see it like at all if it's a price to pay for having identified items on the ground instead of that "D1 experience" we have right now. |

so QoL means making noobs that don't realize sinking exalts on strongboxes (if not on iLvl82) is meaningless. u wont get your exalts back, this is just a hidden currency sink meant to keep you going by one or twice giving you your money back while rest of time you just lose currency.
QoL would be having each modifier increase the base rarity on a box so when u spend 2~3 ex with the regal you would 100% get at least 3ex. The challenge is killing the mobs with the ice nukes or literally Zeus's angry lightning on the chaos bs shooting at you. |

Good news for the people still playing PoE 2, all 10 of them ... /s
I mean whatever, keep'em coming, now is also a good time to fix balance with 1/10th peak pop - get the nerfs and buffs out of the way before 0.3 so it's not as much of a fucking mess as 0.2. Don't. Fuck. Up. 0.3. Please. Also, 3.26 soon? |

What a weird anti-immersive QOL. This feels completely out of left-field compared to your usual approach of making items feel "real" / have weight?? Let me tell you as a PoE 1 vet, it does not inspire confidence.
Remember to look at WoW Retail, and where excessive QOL took them. 5 more years of dev work with this design-direction, and we have "PoE for dummies". Fine if thats what you want, to expand your audience. But I can confidently say you will loose some of the people that supported you along the way. You used to be great at fighting against the hordes of QOL addicts, on grounds of preserving the weight of the game. I respected that, and fully agreed with your vision - people don't know these small changes ultimately affect their experience down the road. Some hours + some clicking saved now, can end up costing something far more valuable than time - your connection to; your character, your items, the world etc. I'm probably just an old man yelling at the sky, and won't affect your decisions - but damn its frustrating to see a titan succumb to pressure from casuals.
