Why is it so hard to get the simplest of respones when it comes to oue time and our issue.... if you have a problem you need to email about dont hold your breath.. 3-4 months is a long time with no oxygen... and dont care enough to take 20 seconds to let us know any details about if the roll back will be playable...

I bet if i wanted to buy a snail trail for my character or a crab to ride on my back and was having issues processing the sale it would be a whole different story..

It's 'a Unique item' in this instance. Yes, generally you always use 'an' before a vowel, but it's intended to be phonetic. That's why it's 'half an hour' even though starts with an H, because it's silent. In the case of unique, it's a non-vowel Y-sound.

So, I have trusted them and paid the corresponding support fee. In the event that they have made significant bugs in the game, are we not qualified to criticize them? Players spend money, game companies cause disasters and are not allowed to be criticized? What kind of logic is this?

The game was not "review bombed" look up what that means. It was an organic response by the player base that was dis-satisfied. Dont imply it was in any way artificial. It was deserved.

I know what it means, and I agree to disagree if you look on anywhere from the POE forums to Reddit where people call on others to negatively review the game.

And don't imply what you are saying is in any way the Official Truth, and not just your own personal opinion... just like this is mine.
