0.2.0g Patch Notes (deployed)

Kudos on making drops relevant. Finally! We have useful loot in an ARPG that requires loot to progress. Like who could have expected such an amazing and genius update.

The Vision and team has done a great job in offering build options too. After nerfing and balancing those OP builds in the first league the Dawn of the Hunt has shown so much build diversity! Apart from the other 10% of players who does not use a spear. Perhaps Dawn of the Spear seems to be a better title.

Can at least predict whats going to happen in the next league. Spear will be nerf hardcore and the next new weapon/class will be the in thing. Cheers


Playing hcssf, early game still feels like slog.. Act 2, killed the two vulture rares, got 0 rare items or currency... I get the game should be tough, but, trying to progress with no rare currency, or a way to craft early game is boring. I even had rarity on, trying to find something, and its a super slog.. Not interested.
I really hope this doesn't feel like playing PoE1 again...
I don't mean to sound rude, but I can't help the way people interpret my words.
Patch feels great, looking forward to more changes. Mace skills could still use either another reduction in windup time (with the exception of hammer of the gods and perfect strike) or a way to reduce it via passives/gear so mace strike isn't just the end all be all to mace gameplay though it is feeling a bit better, just could use a little more love.

Lightning damage is still completely overtuned.

Even with 80% lightning resist and 3k health pool, you get consistently one shotted in maps that have NO extra elemental damage, decreased player resists or increased crits.

It's the reason I've put the game now on hold - not an enjoyable experience.

How are breach stones and simulacrum splinters not auto pickup!!??? This is 2025, why is this qol not implemented?? You might as well force us back to picking up gold manually.

Yo, good idea, plus make it stack 5000 or so in inventory as perandus coins, rogue markers and add new stash tab for it!
