Hello ???? What about Citadels ??? I am at 40/40 atlas tree with all bosses content 8/8 except for arbiter because i can only find TWO citadels despite progressing so deep into the other trees ????? What is GGG doing ??????

I don't think we need more rare drops, we need more currency to use freely on bases. Doesn't matter that a better base drop if I'm still scared to annul a mod or use an essence due to how rare the crafting resources are.
